About Veyra House

Veyra House is an independent online store for replica watches, bags and jewelry. Formerly ThaiLuxe, we now trade as Veyra House at theveyrahouse.com.

Know exactly what you are ordering

Our products are replicas, not authentic designer products. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the referenced brands. Movement, size, finish and packaging can vary between versions. Choose your options on the product page and check the selected price and included items before adding to your bag.

Product photos and videos demonstrate the design and presentation of a particular version. A box or accessory shown in a video is included only when your selected option includes it. If a movement calibre or other specification is not identified for your version, ask us before ordering.

How your order is handled

Processing takes 1 to 3 business days before dispatch. Free delivery is estimated at 10 to 15 business days from dispatch. Priority and Express options are available for supported addresses at checkout. Processing time is additional to transit time.

Keep your confirmation email. Its order status link shows tracking once it has been added to your shipment.

Support before and after your purchase

Email info@theveyrahouse.com for product questions, delivery enquiries, returns and warranty claims. For an existing order, include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For a product question, include the model and version you are considering.

If something is wrong

We offer free 30 day returns. Our 90 day limited warranty covers manufacturing defects from delivery under normal use. For an approved defect, we arrange a suitable repair or replacement at no cost. If neither is workable, we provide a refund. Contact us before returning an item or arranging repairs.
