Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Veyra House website at theveyrahouse.com and purchases made through our store.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy also apply where relevant. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
1. About our store
Veyra House offers watches, bags and jewelry. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to process purchases. Your purchase is from Veyra House, not Shopify.

2. Product information
Our catalogue includes replica products. These are not authentic products of the referenced designer brands. Veyra House is independent and is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by those brands.
Please review the product description, available options, selected version and price before ordering. A reference to a designer model does not establish the specifications of the replica being sold.
Product images and videos may show a particular movement, size, finish or packaging option. Your selected variant and its stated description determine what you are purchasing. Boxes, accessories and paperwork are included only where stated for your selected option.
Colours may appear differently depending on your screen and lighting. This does not excuse a materially incorrect product or a failure to meet an expressly stated specification.
3. Eligibility and customer information
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction, or place your order with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where permitted.
You agree to provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and to use a payment method you are authorised to use. Keep any account credentials secure and contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
4. Orders and availability
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected items. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your request; it does not guarantee availability or acceptance. We accept your order when we send confirmation that it has been dispatched.
If an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified or we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and promptly refund any payment collected for the affected items.
We may refuse orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorised payment use or unlawful activity. Any refusal or cancellation does not remove your entitlement to a refund of payments collected for items we will not supply.
5. Prices and payment
The price for your selected variant is displayed before you complete checkout. Shipping charges and any taxes collected by us are shown in the checkout total.
Prices may change for future purchases. We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.
If we discover a material pricing or listing error before accepting your order, we will contact you with the correct information. You may choose whether to proceed or receive a prompt refund for the affected items.
6. Discounts and bundle offers
Discounts apply only to the eligible products, quantities and conditions stated with the offer. The final discount and order total are shown at checkout.
Our watch bundle offer cannot be combined with other discounts. Offers may be changed or withdrawn for future orders without affecting discounts already applied to accepted orders.
Refunds for discounted items are based on the amount actually paid for those items, as explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
7. Processing and shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before dispatch. Delivery estimates begin at dispatch and are additional to processing time.
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Available shipping services and charges are displayed at checkout.
If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated processing time, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate and offer you the choice of accepting the delay or cancelling the unshipped order for a prompt refund.

8. Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may no longer be possible after dispatch. You may still request a return under our Returns and Refunds Policy.
This does not affect any cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer law.
9. Returns, refunds and warranty
We offer free 30 day returns, subject to the eligibility and process explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Our 90 day limited warranty covers manufacturing defects from delivery under normal use. Coverage, exclusions and remedies are explained in that policy. The warranty is provided by Veyra House, not by any referenced designer brand.
Our voluntary return policy and warranty are additional to your statutory consumer rights and do not replace or restrict them.
10. Acceptable website use
You must not use our website to commit fraud, submit false payment information, impersonate another person, distribute malicious software, interfere with website security or unlawfully access another customer’s information.
We may restrict website or account access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security risks. Doing so does not remove obligations relating to existing orders, refunds or consumer rights.
11. Website content and intellectual property
Website content owned by Veyra House or used with permission may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without the relevant rights holder’s permission, except where permitted by law.
Third party names, trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
12. Reviews and submitted content
Reviews and other content you submit must reflect your own experience and must not contain unlawful material, threats, another person’s private information or content you are not authorised to share.
If you submit a review for publication, you give us permission to display it with the name or alias you provide. We will obtain permission before using private support messages, customer photos or videos for marketing.
13. Privacy and third party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared.
Payment providers, carriers and other service providers may apply their own terms to the services they provide. Our use of those services does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.
External website links are provided for convenience. We do not control the content or operation of those websites.
14. Website availability and responsibility
We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems or events outside our reasonable control.
Any limitation relating to website availability does not exclude responsibility for products failing to meet their description, our obligations concerning accepted orders, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Disputes and applicable law
If you have a concern about an order or these terms, contact us so we can work towards a resolution.
These terms do not prevent you from using available consumer complaint procedures or bringing a claim in a court with jurisdiction. Mandatory protections under applicable consumer law continue to apply.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on our website. Changes apply to future use and purchases and do not retrospectively reduce your rights or alter an existing purchase agreement without your consent.
