Delivery estimates begin when your order is dispatched, not when it is placed. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days before dispatch. This is additional to the transit estimates above.

For an existing order, use the order status link in your confirmation email. Tracking details appear there when added to your shipment.

Estimated time from ordering

• Free shipping: 11 to 18 business days including processing.
• Priority: 6 to 13 business days including processing.
• Express shipping: 6 to 8 business days including processing.
