Veyra House covers manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery under normal use. This warranty is provided by Veyra House, not by any referenced designer brand.
Normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, misuse, and damage caused by modifications or repairs are excluded. These exclusions do not remove coverage for an unrelated manufacturing defect or override specifications expressly promised in the product description.
Email info@theveyrahouse.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or video where possible. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the appropriate instructions. We may request the item for inspection when needed.
We assess the issue and arrange a suitable repair or replacement at no cost for a covered manufacturing defect. This may include a replacement component or a local repair agreed with you in advance. If neither repair nor replacement is workable, we provide a refund. This process does not limit any remedy you are entitled to under applicable consumer law.
